Introducing Rocky - our visitor from the South Island!

Meet Rocky (who Marli is firm friends with already!) who arrived from the South Island last week. He is originally from Dunedin and one of our linked blogs www.super7scoopers.edublogs.org and he has been visiting another of our linked blogs in Invercargill www.leakeysblog.edublogs.org Now he is visiting us and he has a task for while he is visiting us up in Auckland. We need to find our top 10 places in Auckland that we think visitors like Rocky would like to go! We will have to brainstorm this as a class and try and get him to as many as we can! We are celebrating our blog statistics once again because we have hit TEN THOUSAND pageviews!! This is very exciting for us as our blog only started this year! Thank you to all the people who have come to visit and look at all our blog posts - we appreciate all the interest in our exciting class! We will have to think of an exciting way to celebrate once the holidays are over!

1000 shaped pancakes!

We couldn't let an opportunity like 1000 visitors to our blog pass us by...so we celebrated by making pancakes in the shape of the number 1000! Ricky's amazing mum came in and helped us make them - Thank you Mrs Bassano! It was lots of fun and delicious to eat as well! Hmmmm what should we do when we reach 2000 or 5000 visitors??
