Friday was an exciting day not only because it was the last day of term but also because we held our poetry recital with LZ5 and invited all our parents to come and watch! We had worked very hard to find our favourite poem, type it out on the computer and change some of the fonts to make it look interesting, before printing it and then illustrating around it. We coloured and painted them and they look AMAZING!! We had to practise at home to read it out loud with a clear voice, good speed and expression!
