I know that we did not send the diaries home this last week as I was not at school but I still read through the entries that had already been written. I choose Diyana to be the winner this week as I loved the personal voice she used in her pancake story. I agree that pancakes are delicious and it made me hungry to eat some! Well done Diyana, keep up the great work!
What a fantastic diary entry winner this week! Jenna you have done a great job working on your diary, I loved the way you have added lots of detail as well as decorating the pages with pictures and highlighting your words! What a great effort - well done!

As part of our literacy programme we are looking at diary writing for the rest of the term. This week we have been making our very own individual diaries and today they went home for the first time! Don't they look great!! Part of our homework is to write in them at least once a week at home as well as once at school. Each week we will choose one entry to go on the blog! Let's get writing!!!
